Information

Why Forgiveness?

No one can live in this world and escape being wounded, hurt, insulted or having done it to others. Every person struggles with forgiveness issues at some point in their life. Often people ask: Why should I forgive? How can I forgive? How does a person actually separate the person from their actions? What is the relationship between forgiveness and trauma?

Forgiveness is an extraordinary ability in the human. It allows us to be released from unwanted pains from the past and be more available to our future. Through the Seven Pillars of Forgiveness – Understanding, Freedom, Remedy, Warmth, Enhancement, Hope and Continuance – Feminenza has created practical pathways to help walk the path of finding a better way.

Part of this unique, online exploration will include stories, film clips, exercises, meditations, and discussions in smaller groups. You can choose to participate in one workshop or all.
